Shantou, China, 12 February 2024: NANLITE has today released the Magnetic Base Adapter with 1/4"-20 Thread Set (AS-MBA-1/4-SET) for the PavoSlim series of LED lights. Specifically designed for use with the PavoSlim 60W and 120W lighting fixtures, this innovative accessory offers additional flexibility and efficiency in lighting installations.
The Magnetic Base Adapter with 1/4"-20 Thread Set
The mounting system uses strong neodymium magnets to offer satisfyingly effortless attachment and a secure hold. The reassuring clunk as a PavoSlim with the Magnetic Base Adapter set connects magnetically not only signifies a sturdy link but also instils confidence in the stability of the mounting.
The set comprises four Magnetic Base Adapters, each weighing just 33g, that screw into each corner of a PavoSlim LED light via 1/4"-20 Thread. These allow users to securely attach the PavoSlim to most flat ferromagnetic surfaces, providing a versatile solution for scenarios such as car mounting and attachment to other metal surfaces.
The PavoSlim series, consisting of the RGBWW PavoSlim 60C and 120C, as well as the Bi-color PavoSlim 60B and 120B, boasts a slim and lightweight design with a separate control unit. This design, combined with the Magnetic Base Adapter, offers an incredibly rapid deployment solution, speeding up production and providing more flexible options for light placement.
The PavoSlim LED lights are exceptional thanks to their slimness and rugged metal housing, which makes them ideal for small studios, low-ceiling locations, inside vehicles, or film and television sets with strict requirements. Even with the addition of accessories for mounting and a collapsible diffuser, the PavoSlim remains lightweight and thin, while rivalling the output of traditional 1x1 and 2x1 LED panels.
